What This Retreat Is

This isn’t your standard conference or a typical networking weekend. Your Inner Boss is a curated, intimate leadership retreat for women who carry a lot — for their organizations, teams, families, and communities — and are ready to be poured into.

Over one powerful weekend, you’ll step away from the noise to:

  • Breathe, think, and hear your own voice again

  • Name what’s working and what’s not in your leadership

  • Discuss the truth about burnout, boundaries, and what you want next

  • Talk honestly about the industries we lead in — and the challenges they create

  • Sit in a room with other powerhouse women who get it

  • Leave with clarity, connection, and a grounded plan for your next season

This is a space where you can exhale. Come as your full, real self — not the title everyone knows you by.

Weekend at a Glance

Friday — ARRIVAL + RESET

Check in, exhale, and let go of the week. We gather over food and drinks, set intentions, and arrive as ourselves, not our titles.

Saturday — REIMAGINE

A full day of curated conversations, small-circle work, and rest time. We’ll decode the realities of leadership today and start to reimagine what’s possible in your next season.

Sunday — RISE

Brunch, closing circle, and a guided integration process so you don’t just “go back to normal”..

(We’ll share a more detailed schedule with registered attendees closer to the retreat.)

What Your Ticket Includes / Does Not Include

Your Registration Includes:

  • All retreat programming from Friday evening through Sunday midday

  • Friday welcome reception

  • Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner

  • Sunday brunch

  • Retreat materials (journal, pen, printed guides)

  • Access to all group sessions, circles, and reflection spaces

  • For VIP: additional curated experiences and coaching as listed above

Your Registration Does Not Include:

  • Hotel room (booked separately through Beauport)

  • Travel to and from Gloucester

  • Parking fees ($15/night, paid directly to the hotel)

Accommodations

We’ll be gathering at Beauport Hotel, an oceanfront property in Gloucester, MA.

Room Rates (Group Block):

  • City View Rooms: $282/night + tax

  • Waterview Rooms: $345/night + tax (upgrade at group rate)

  • Parking: $15/night per car, paid directly to the hotel

After you register, you’ll receive a link and/or group code to book your room directly with Beauport at the retreat rate.

You are welcome to:

  • Share a room with another retreat attendee

  • Come a day early or stay longer, based on hotel availability

Policies & Payment

Deposit & Payment Plan

  • A $350 deposit is required at registration.

  • Your deposit is refundable for 48 hours after registration. After 48 hours, it becomes non-refundable.

  • Payment plans are available. Final balances are due no later than February 20, 2026.

  • Registrations after February 1, 2026 require full payment at checkout.

Refunds

  • Through December 31, 2025: 75% refund (minus deposit)

  • January 1–January 31, 2026: 50% refund (minus deposit)

  • February 1–February 20, 2026: 25% refund (minus deposit)

  • After February 20, 2026: No refunds

Transfers

  • You may transfer your ticket to another woman leader until February 20, 2026.

  • A $50 transfer fee applies.
