Natalie Martinez is a strategist, teacher, and leadership coach who helps people realign their lives and their work with who they actually are. Through The Martinez Collective, she creates spaces — retreats, personal mastery sessions, and transformational experiences — where leaders slow down, confront what’s underneath the overwhelm, and rebuild from a place of clarity and truth.

With two decades in nonprofit and academic leadership and a career rooted in mission, Natalie brings a rare blend of operational rigor, emotional intelligence, and grounded presence. She has led organizations through growth, transition, and reinvention, and she brings those lived lessons into her work with clients who are navigating ambition, identity, and purpose at the same time.

Alongside TMC, Natalie serves as CEO of Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn, guiding a multi-city organization committed to equity, opportunity, and the power of strong, smart, and bold youth. She also teaches leadership at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, where she helps emerging and established leaders build authenticity, adaptability, and resilience.

At its core, The Martinez Collective is Natalie’s creative studio — the space where she explores possibility, reinvention, and the future of leadership. Her work invites people to redesign their lives with intention, courage, and real alignment.
