Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is designed for women who lead! Any industry and in any way. If you hold responsibility for others, make decisions, and want a space that’s both honest and restorative, you’re in the right place.

Do I need to be a CEO or ED to attend?
No. Titles matter less than how you’re leading. Directors, senior managers, founders, high-potential leaders, and women in transition all are welcome.

Is this a wellness retreat?
This is a leadership retreat with restorative elements. You’ll have time to rest, reflect, and move your body, but the core of the weekend is about clarity, connection, and real conversations about leadership, boundaries, burnout, and what’s next.

What exactly is included in my registration?
Your registration includes all retreat programming from Friday evening through Sunday midday; Friday reception; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sunday brunch; retreat materials; and all group sessions and experiences. VIP registration includes additional curated experiences and coaching as outlined.

Are hotel rooms included in the registration price?
No. Hotel rooms are booked separately directly through Beauport using a group code or link you’ll receive after registration. This allows you to choose your room type, length of stay, and whether you share a room.

What are the room rates?
Our group rates are:
$282/night + tax for City View rooms
$345/night + tax for Waterview rooms (upgrade)
Parking is $15/night per car, paid directly to the hotel.

Is the $350 deposit refundable?
The $350 deposit is refundable for 48 hours after registration. After 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable but is applied toward your total retreat balance.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available, with final balances due by February 20, 2026. Registrations after February 1, 2026 require full payment at checkout.

What if I need to cancel?
Our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility and fairness. Refunds are available on a sliding scale through February 20, 2026, minus the non-refundable deposit. After that, all sales are final. Full details are listed in the Policies section.

Can I transfer my spot to someone else if I can’t attend?
Yes. You may transfer your spot to another woman leader until February 20, 2026. A $50 transfer fee applies. After that date, transfers are not available due to planning and commitments with the venue.

Will there be yoga or movement?
Yes, there will be optional light movement/yoga sessions. These are accessible for all levels and completely optional. VIP attendees will also have access to a private or small-group session.

What’s the dress code?
Think “elevated comfort.” You’ll want to feel relaxed but put-together — comfortable clothes you can move in, layers for changing temperatures, and something you feel good in for evening dinners.
